I need help installing a throttle on a 285 mango dingo for a 10yr old boy that doesn't have use of his legs. I've figured out the restraints and brake but the throttle has me a bit confused. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I have a gy6 engine that the starter spins but the engine doesn't turn over. I have pulled the starter it seems fine but when I reach thru the bell housing I an spin some gear both ways. Any advice would be helpful.

Just bought a new tc and 212 pred Engine. When I installed the kit and tried to align the driver and driven after shimming the driver here was only about 1/4 in. PTO shaft left. Is that enough?
