I have driven my go kart in all kinds of weather including rain snow and hail but is it safe for the engine to run it while its wet or can it hurt it? Its stock. Does the stock engine cover keep the breather dry or will it get choked out by the rain?

So bgk has been sitting neglected for a while and water froze in the pull starter so it wont engage should i let it warm up or pull it apart just in case?
