I have a 5hp briggs with a bad block if I got an old lawn mower and ripped it apart for its block will it work it would have to be a briggs 5hp though. And what I mean is if my internals would fit in the other block. And I would be able to use my crank and side cover?

Never mind I took a good hard look at one and it doesn't have the same engine mount also briggs blocks are 20$ on ebay
