Manco 405 drift kart

[Budget GoKart]

So im building a manco 405 i got for 25$ and using parts from my derelict 445.

First off tie rods where terrible so i fixed what i could and replaced the ends.
I need to modify one of the front spindles because its bent which messes the geometry up. My engine doesnt run and needs some work.
I used my 445 seat frame because its adjustable and looks sweet! The rims and wheel hub on the back are mint condition! Which is awesome! This thing is a gem.
Also the briggs is getting a better straight pipe and a slide carb. Thanks for reading and heres pictures you can see quite a transformation and its not even 50% done

Looks cool. The sea foam green is a bit of an odd choice if you ask me, but it looks like it used to be red. Ditch the HF specials and get some real tires up front. And wasn’t that engine going on the pit bike?

Oof i forgot to respond oh well lol. I need to oil all the joints i made a seat bottom for the 445 seat frame and it looks great the engine is 100% clapped but i removed the govenor so its gonna rip just need gas carb and tank and to fix my rope

I traded a beat up briggs from my manco indy kart and my razor mx350 to jhoppe for his 6hp tecumseh ack2from his yerfdog 3202 thats pretty cool to know! I replaced the fuel hose cleaned the carb with wd40 and replaced the spark plug and it runs well but, wont idle. typical tecumseh...
It runs just needs the wheels messed with and a drive train put on. Its been nice so taking my chance to get what i can running

Someone snapped a bolt off in the rim it shouldnt be hard to extract but since they are 6 bolt rims im not worried about it till i swap tires again. Also i plan on getting slicks and modding a 212 hemi for this kart one day
