i have a little gokart with a 2.5 briggs flat head on it. starting it is a bit interesting. it will be choked and it will start, then i unchoke it and it dies. a few more trys and a couple of swear words later and it will be running just fine, however the second i give it any gas it dies...

i got a gokart from a friend for 70 bucks and everything seems to be ok but the engine doesn't want to start. it has spark and sometimes it will start rev up and then die. if i keep trying to get it to start, gas starts leaking out of the bottom of the carb anyone know what might be wrong?

I have a briggs that has a tapered crank shaft but it has a not tapered section about 1 1/2". Can I use that or do I need a new crank. Also it has no keyway can I cut my own with a dremel and tones of time or should I take it to a machine shop. Lastly im on a extra super megga tight budget...

i found this bearing in my friends garage and i have no real use for it, it does make a wonderful paper weight tho>< it's inside diameter is about 1 and 7/16" i don't even know if its useful if you are interested in it then i can get you a more accurate measurement i live in california around...
