Hello and welcome... You have to choose what you want ....big block or small block... Small block with the tav setups you have.. or a big block that needs a larger for more powerful engine.... Then there is the Vanguard... I think it has a 1 1/4" shaft... that needs a whole new type of CVT...

Yes that exactly what happened... I'm guessing it was cheaper to make the cone setup than the plated Verity...

The clutches are not so much the real problem for us.. they work well for what we do... Ideally a transmission is the ticket...... shift on the fly, relatively affordable, ability to accept the hardware we typically use( 40/41, 35 ect chain types)... I see for the most part, it could also...

Ya it was an on or off... With not alot of experiance of driving a manual transmission operated vehicle... It was hard to use... But I could bump start it with ease when I did stall it... I just took these now.. but I downloaded a number of others from a number of sources that had it.....

The first was really able, being a cone clutch.... the second gen as we now see it the 3d one... it has plates so it is able to slip and feather it as needed...

Its bigger than 3/4".... so for 1" shaft maybe... I just realized... this is a cone clutch......Interesting...

Off hand Im not really a fan... this is why I so far had stayed here... instead of the opposing faction... Im not say im going elsewhere of course... but It did drive me nuts as to how things worked over there last I went long ago...

Ya.. only space off if needed for back space clearance... Move the motor(or rear sprocket to align with front) to align with sprocket.... And... what part are you painting???? Not the clutch I hope????

wow ...Definatly havent heard of this type of machine before.... cool... Youll need to give lots of info to us on this type of clutch, when you are trying to mate this to the engine.... I like this Idea alot.....
