Kart won’t move

Hi. My daughter has a Coleman BK200 go kart. It won’t move. Can change gears and it revs up but will not move. Has a cvt transmission Any suggestions would help

Think we found the issue. Looks like a set screw broke off in the transmission. It only has forwards and reverse
