The bearings are the same in most cases.. so go with what you like... in the end it isnt going to be totally under a ton of stress... the self aligning hanger will be fine.

I don't personally have any 1" shaft Hilliard clutches, just the 3/4".… I haven't had any problems with them... But overall... I'd say get what you can afford...

Hilliard clutches are good...but so is the Noram.... Both are worth it, but they are expensive...

Get ready to spend money.. 1" clutches are expensive...

OK.. a couple of things... First, need to re rout the fuel hose through an under the throttle plate and by the fan shroud to the carb... having it up and straight down could have interference of the plate and other potentially causing premature wear and fire...so routed it like the stock...

CVT(A continuously variable transmission) or a TC(As know as a Torque Converter) is what is on a snowmachine or the like, a belted variable automatic transmission.

Hello and welcome. Off hand Im not that totally experienced with this machine. there has been a few people here with these and motor swaps. All I have gathered, It isnt going to be cheap. You might just have enough for the motor, not the rear end or the TC/cvt.

That motor is for a snow blower or tiller... It's meant to run full out. I'm surprised you managed to finder a shaft or fit the TC to the motor at all... What is the throttle setup on the motor look like?... Typically we mostly use a throttle cable, like an universal length brake cable...

Off hand(its kinda hard to tell) You might be able cut the one end off, and if there is enough material to do so, after repacking it, might be able to crimp the end a bit to fit it back in the main body. Using some tek screws and sealing with muffler cement, it might be able to make a comeback...
