That's almost definitely a dead axle kart. I wouldn't necessarily suggest a torque converter (TC) for a stub axle kart.

I use AdBlock in Chrome and AVG's Do Not Track. You legally have the option to be tracked by sites. It just comes down to what actions you take.

In my opinion, a used Lincoln, Miller, etc. is better than some China brand new welder. Parts are abundant and easy to get, but usually only "disposables" (tips, liners, etc.) are needed as they're built much better.

IIRC, the right front spindle area generally has some markings. Other members are better at just glancing at a kart and giving a model.
