Is that the whole thing?. In your first picture, post # 116 it almost looks like something is missing up front. I was going to guess it was a motorized trailer mover, but there is no ball on it. So now that I've at least guessed, put and end to this unbearable suspense and tell us what it is.

Time for a fuel shut off valve and an oil change.

Or just a new needle and seat, OR a new carburetor for those who are not road-worthy. Many times a brand-spanking-new Chinesium carburetor is worse than the old carb. Even after a new needle/seat, I still use the fuel cutoff valve religiously.

I’m not talking to you directly, I’m talking to the peanut gallery.

Thank you for putting the drain in such a convient place Tecumsheet

I never blame the engine manufacturer, I blame the application or the contraption maker.

It was 71 degrees out, so I took advantage of the weather.

I used some locally sourced sand and gave the frame a once-over.

It did a good job of removing the stuff that was loose. Some of the paint was still pretty adhered, so I just let it do what it wanted.
My hose was set to max 120 psi. I noticed the sand blew better at 1/4 throttle. I turned the regulator down to 50 psi, and it worked better.

Dont worry, I had my safety squints on.

Hey guys.
Any one of you notice this never had a kickstand?
Well i better get one on before I start paint.

Got the only "weld on" I could find.

Put the engine back in and put the forks and wheels on to see where i could put the stand.

I think this will work just fine.

Then set an angle that looked good.

Too late... I'm excited! Really though, it's looking great. Paint it with metallic bass boat paint and all you will see is glittering beauty. Throw in some flaming skulls or a naked goddess on the tank...

Flaws? What flaws?
