    Took the Muffler off and!!!

the gist is, if you run an engine with nothing bolted to the exhaust port, cold air has immediate access to the valves, which can cause warping and not seating properly, would be worse in the winter, but also leaves your valves etc open to hose water if washing it down, etc. in general SOMETHING...

    Took the Muffler off and!!!

if you ride in a neighborhood or off road, you need to use a muffler, they act as spark arrestors, if you live in a neighborhood, you are doubling your odds that your neighbors will get tired of the noise of you running up and down their road, which results in cops telling you to park it...

    Chain Length

longer within reason is going to divide the rotations over more feet of chain, which should increase chain life, and more room to put in a tensioner. at extreme lengths you have alot of chain slop to deal with if you dont have a way to tighten or tension. a benefit of short, you may not need a...

    1 small question :D

well.... reverse cant be a state DOT spec (motorcycles would require it), in ohio they dont care what it is as long as you can prove its not stolen. they specifically told me they dont check safety or quality, just verify its not built/rebadged stolen vehicle.

    What ive been up to...

I have played with them alot, they are neat, there are some people who claim sucking the hydrogen/oxygen gas mix into an engine makes for increased fuel economy, never tried that though. I made mine out of cheapo stainless steel outlet blanks, works great and cheap. its only dangerous if your...

per say, no badot, but most motorcycle m/c are for 1 caliper, I am running 2 in the back in my new layout, so a little more fluid moving will keep my pedal travel good... oh yeah, and price and availability! if you want a remote reservoir setup, there are a couple that already have the hose...
