    VERY noobie questions!

The torque converter consists of two parts, the drive an driven. The drive attaches to the shaft of the engine, the driven is most likely mounted on the jackshaft. The main thing is the output shaft of you current engine needs to be the same diameter as the new engine (1/2", 3/4"), and you...

Adding Lights to non electric start?

I don't know if a bicycle generator would handle the load of the lights or the rpm that the tire would spin. Maybe look into putting a small battery on it with an external charger that you could use to charge the battery when necessary. Kinda the way I'm thinking I will go with mine.

Tune your engine without busting your budget

I think the idea of this thread was a good one, although I also agree about no altering of the flywheel. But the overall idea is a good one with some potential, perhaps in need of some changes

    Question about new torque converter

The Gtc unit is a jackshaft and torque converter all in one (torque-a-verter or tav) . The picture doesn't show but on the backside of the assembly is a sprocket, I believe you can choose chain pitch an tooth count upon purchase. The only problem I see is possibly lining up the sprocket on the...
