we tried bypassing the killswitch, reconnecting the low oil, new sparkplug and choke/fuel levers both sides, and no luck. i think i damaged the coil. (my dad says the magnetomay be damaged, but do these small engines have one? is it the same thing as the coil?)

shes complete! but not running! my bros gf's dad is an electrician, and he reccons my bro broke the ignition coil, as what else would brake so quick to stop it sparking, and it seems such a coincidence that it broke after my bro was welding the kill switch.
here are some pics. does my throttle lever look set up right, as i took it apart, and couldnt remember how to put it back!i also have a pic of the burnt switch

Looks good, have you tested all your electrical components to see which ones bad? im not completely sure how to do it, im in the process of doing the same with my dirtbike, but i know you need to test for resistance in your coil with a multi meter.

Oww thats not good. My back left wheel also had a valve problem, i thought the tire had a hole so i got tire foam, filled it up and it sorta worked but it still was going down, then i went to go fill it up and went to go down n put the cap on and got a wif of that gross tire air smell. Im like wtf, found the valve was leaking, bit of sand got in there and got stuck behind it so it was slowly leaking out and when the weight of me was put on the kart it made it leak faster so i got the air compressor and sprayed it in there and opened the valve and sprayed some more and yay it worked.

same thing. im glad it wasnt a punture, the hub bolts are stuck hard. on sunday i refiberglassed the bottom of my seat, so it should be stronger, and now the split is fixed. i also fiberglassed over some missdrilled holes done by the previous owner. i am hoping to fix the wheel at the weekend

Well it looks good, but your learning that with kart building, just when you think your done you find another problem. get a vid when you can.
