-your going to want to sand the frame with a flap disk, or use a wire brush.
-then de-grease the frame. this has bean suggested to me, never used it though, http://www.jamestowndistributors.com/userportal/show_product.do?pid=3808&BASE
-you could then apply some special stuff to help the paint, like this http://www.wmbarr.com/product.aspx?catid=32&prodid=81, a few people have suggested it to me, but i have never used it myself, you can skip it if you want.
- next apply about 2 thin coats of primer
- finally apply a few thin coats of paint
-if you want to get fancy you could also clear coat it.

maybe you can talk to bighead about POR15? if you do use por 15 definatly talk to bighead before you buy anything, he will have some tips.

Its rly nice but can u get it up hilly areas? Also how much cc is your engine and how heavy is your kart. Lastly? If u want to reverse how do u do it? Do u get down from the kart and push it back or??

You can add a reverse gearbox, but they are expensive. You could also attach a small motor eg. A starter motor to the axle and have that to power you in reverse.

I can get up pretty much any hill in my yard, but i cant go from not moving on the side of the hill to going up it... this is due to the fact that i dont have a tourque converter which would give me the torque i need. its 6.5hp i am not sure how that converts to cc... also i have no idea on weight??? its preetty light though....i dont care for reverse im not that lazy i dont want to spensd the money or time when i will rarly ever use it soo hope this answers ur questions!
will look a ton sweeteer after i finish painting and roll cage

well like i said earlier stripped it down for paint and to add supports and roll cage and basically to pimp it out here are some pics of the roll cage

i mean i dont know if its just me but it really makes the kart look sweet!! i think at least

finish with a few more supports finish the back part and paint it

my problem is i dont know what to do because in order to use rustoleum i would have to clean every square inch on the kart to get the paint to stick to the metal i was hoping to just have to clean it with soap and water but rusteolum doesnt work

sooo i know por 15 but i was hoping(want) to use a blue color to match engine

any suggestions would be great
like maby what to use to clean metal thx
