going back to the talk of engines. Im not really a fan of Briggs and Stratton. They just arent my favorite. From the mechanics/small engine repairs and engineers they call them Bridges and Strap-ons. They seem nice but im not a fan. I love the hf clones though. I have 3 of them and they run beautiful and never need repairs....

but i have to say you have a fantastic build. Nice job:thumbsup:

me personally, i would get an old briggs for 40 bucks and fix it up(i don't usually have cash unless i don't buy anything for a year and do some extra stuff), rather than a hf clone. but over all, all engines have a purpose.

I wouldn't mind a cast iron sleeve and some stronger guts that don't need as many internal upgrades if you pull the gov. and mod it.

ok so what i think i have decided is i am probably going to try and just ditch the back end and start over with a different idea. i dont have a lot of time to do much with it because of school :( but over the summer i think i am going to try and fix the back end( this is were all my problems are) So if this pic. makes any sense thos is kinda what i have decided
the top pic is kinda blurry but that is probably whta i am going to try and do this summer insted of what i did ...the lower picture. this will make the engine not effected by the movment in the swing arm and will also fix my problem of the back swing arm moving sideways when the engine revs up

If I understand the drawin, I believe it would work.

As long as the motor dont hit the frame... wouldnt be hard to fix if that were an issue.
