HELP I got a go kart with 169cc engine

Lights require a battery that you will pull off and charge or an engine with a charging system. I wouldn't pay more than 180 for that go kart. That's if the subaru will run off starter fluid.

Tips on extending go kart frame

I agree with flipping the pedals. It's a 445. I'm like 5'9 and have some room. My pedals are the other direction. Muddy :cornut:

This got me thinking. Where do you keep your karts?

I got a barn. There's also another mower with a plow as well as acouple snowblowers and some push mowers. Oh and another go kart. The stuff in front is mine. Tractors and all the stuff in the corner are my dad's. I have too much stuff and not enough time now. Edit: stuff in front of karts was...

    How light is your kart

I drive a 93 toyota quarter ton. Most of my karts I will pick the front up and set it on the tailgate then lift the back. The dingo is the only one I actually use ramps for. The tires add too much weight to the bacl end and the header is in the way. It's got the stock setup for tires and a gx160...

    2019 - Ultimate Yard Kart

Congrats on the win! Those bushings should make it seem like a whole new engine. Atleast tuning wise.

    "SchizoBallz" kart build started......

Maybe you need to change some settings. I can weld with both but perfer the 6013 because it isn't fast freeze like 6011.

    Worried about motor torsion.....

Still the same thing. The engine can move seperate from the chain and break it or it will pop off often. Just hard mount it to the frame. Don't worry about the vibration.

    Dingo rebuild

I like how the curent one is set up. Had a friend over and he brought his quad and I rode the dingo and tore up the yard, brake went out so I hopped on the 445 and ripped around on that.

A quick story...ALWAYS check your belts

Took me a minute to figure it out. I can feel your pain now. Probably a good thing I go off of the angle vs lettering.

    letgo score.

With pipe frames one way to fix em is an insert that goes under the two pieces being welded, did it for a friend's kart after he broke the same piece off the front.

Lawn Boy vert to horizontal mods

Alot of the lawnboys are two strokes. Shouldn't it make it easier? Even though impractical. I agree. It's great to use what you got lying around but at a certain point it isn't worth it.

    Keyed shaft and hubs.

Looks like someone already tried to beat on them... maybe try a puller of some sort but heat it good.
