Go over and check all the wiring. make sure no breaks or pinching of wires. Check out all safety switches and kill. Something is causing it not to fire so go check on those things.... Some machines have a brake switch, needs to be depressed before starting... might be worth to check...

22" OD??? measured from the ground? You probably going to need to go up a size at least to a 72t, thats alot of torque on the system for that tire size...

If you change anything, you wont have anything for the bearings to seat on. Im guessing its bored out to fit the bearings already? ....

It should all the way against the shoulder of the shaft.... If the clutch hub or sprocket binds with the side plate, space it off till it clears from the obstruction. If there is space in front aswell, to the end of the shaft, put a few washers till it almost covers the length of the shaft, then...

No, the milled cut is swept up as they use a woodruff key cutter to mill the shaft. The clutch has a short section of keyway in the bore of the driver, so the key is only about 1/2"-3/4" long..

Cutting valves is a precision job... so itll be payed a precision rate..... Ya its a bit... but thats where its at... and the job gets done right, as you spec it....

You cant put what ever you like, It just take time money and effort... Aswell as after a point... it wont be a Manco.... GY6 doesnt have the same or near same footprint as the tec/BS/clone motors they have had... Offhand Itll need a bunch of work... Probably modifying the whole rearend to...

The clutch needs to sit all the way back against the shaft shoulder as far as it can... Cut the key for a little as it needs to be... but the clutch needs to be fully seated on the shaft with a bolt for securement...Inboard or outboard... Move the motor to keep alignment... or the shaft will...

Clutch should be oiled every 2 hr of use.... What is you gearing for the rear, also measure OD of rear tire, and do you have a jackshaft??

Hello and welcome Can you post pics of your setup, so we can get a better understanding of what were talking about? Is this a centrifugal belt clutch?? If so sound like the clutch hasnt been oiled.... which should be every 2 hrs of use...
