    212 choke problem

    They have a none adjustable car present on them due to environmental laws.... Its factory adjusted, then they break off the screw head, seal it with glue. In Cali they have usually have a separate version( Predator and others I can imagine) only sold to that state, As I recall.....

    looks like a Chinese single 200cc... Maybe a Loncin or the like...... Fairly common to get stuff for... Lets see some better closer pics.. itll say on the case somewhere...

    Contact cement... Rough up the rubber surface with a stiff wire brush, the clamp with sand paper... Should hold it good..

    Linkage can be a pain with these brakes...But doable.. Can put a spring on the linkage, pedal and the caliper lever, all will help but if anything the pedal and the lever...     Does sprocket location matter on the axle?

    One thing... Keep the support bearing closest to the sprocket as possible... wherever it is placed... Out on the end of the axle limits the amount of wheel support, inside might not have structure of support to mount the bearing...

    Weird thing but cool about these old reel mowers... They have the motor separate from the main body of the machine... Could mount any motor on there if it matches the rotation direction... Heck I could mount that big '52 6hp #14 I have... It it would be a hot-rodded mower then......

    Mini bike gear ratio

    Define backwards from a kart???? Typically most cent clutches can be run inboard or outboard, in respects to the drive sprocket to the motor. Depends on the tire size... but a 6:1 is typically a good start.
