Found scrolling. Looks like a centrifugal clutch to a jackshaft sprocket. Then down the line on the jackshaft they ran sprockets/chain from the jackshaft to the transmission input. They then ran a chain from the transmission output to the Diff/axle looking deal.

This all started with a 3/4 clutch I couldn’t use. I traded that 3/4 clutch for a Briggs 3hp that had a 5/8 clutch on it I could use. So I took the clutch off kept it and painted the little 3hp blue.

Ok so setting a live axle up right the first time with cut to length pipe as spacers and good locking collars makes a hard job very easy. In under 10 minutes the whole axle was removed the disk was slid on and I tapped the axle back in and tightened everything down. effortless job... it looks...
