It will be. I need to replace the floor pan, alot of electrical work, brake work, body work, and most importantly get my engine and tranny mounted

As you can see, Ducky was helpin' me, wire up the power supply for the speedo

PS for speedo?

Yup, this GPS speedometer requires a 5V power supply (anything more will fry it's 'wittle electronics)
...but, this vehicle has a 48V battery pack/system

So, we needsa DC to DC convertor
...to reduce the 48V from the batt pack down to the 5V that the speedo needs

...& with the instruments "fired up"

Atomic batteries to power! Turbines to speed Batman! Looks good Kevin! That seat don’t look to comfortable though! I don’t think that device that slides into your but crack to keep you from sliding sideways off the seat is a good idea. It looks uncomfortable.
I do wish you would have bounced on the front end so we could see how the suspension worked. How did it work when driving?

The seats & body are "up next"

I was just kinda makin' sure everything (so far) functioned as anticipated

The suspension definitely smooths things out a bit
...but, doesn't seem to "travel" much (see video)

Maybe I'll try adjusting them coil-over shocks a bit (they have an adjustment ring)

It zips right along
...but, Ima gonna have ta adjust the angle of the throttle pedal a bit too
(had ta over-extend my 'wittle foot, to get full throttle)

Part of your suspension issue is the shock mounting is all the way straight. Doing this can stiffen the suspension. If you are able to adjust the shocks to where you are happy then that is great

Ok, I've only ever seen shocks mounted at an angle on smaller atv type vehicles

I picked up my steel order

Looks like this

I got right to work (using my mini-Jeep side body panel CAD template)

Made sure the template was nice-n-flush with the bottom edge of the steel panel

...& simply marked the panel, by following the pattern

The cardboard pattern transferred a bit of a "rough" pattern
...so, I "cleaned" it up a bit

Here are my "weapons of choice" ta get 'er cut out
...& then, smooth them edges

More "body work"

Before gettin' ahead of myself, I figured that after gettin' the left side body panel all marked & (somewhat) cut out, that I should probably use it as a template & transfer the "pattern" to the right side panel

...& so, now we have a lefty side & a righty side

Ima just usein' some pieces of wood & some clamps for makin' the bends, in the body panels

So, I made sure everything was nice-n-square
...& clamper 'er down

...then, bent 'er downwards, until it looked "about right"

...& then, the next one got bent upwards

...& the next one downwards

Came out lookin' likes this:

I used the CAD template for transferring most of the actual details

Good work, mini vehicle bodies are not very EZ it seems. I don't think any companies did metal bodies, pretty sure just fiberglass.
