Picked up an LED 1157 equivalent for the tail light.
I got this kind just cause it had the out facing led board. Most 1157 replacements dont.
Take note of the lower board. The flange so to speak was too large in diameter for the socket to seat in the housing. See the black line printed on it?
The housing.
So some careful rubbing on the grinding wheel and now the diameter has reduced.
Where did you get the tail light? Where did you get the led? Where did you get the headlight bulb? Looks great so far.
Needs that fancy kick starter though.
The tail light bullet was on the carcass of a frame picked up. I think it is a turn signal for some motorcycles. I measured the diameter and found a lens that fit.
I was utterly surprised I found one.
The bulbs are from Amazon. 1157 Led and a par38 also use in landscaping. So the 12v was easy enough.
So how about some more pics of your new car there buddy boy.
Or has the dog taken it for a joy ride and won't let you drive.
