Ok. I think it’s at a testable point.

I have a jet drilled with #44 bit.
2.18mm is huge, but I don’t know where to start when using a 30mm carb on a 21

I have some sort of upper bracket goings on.

Next is fuel delivery system for ethanol then hopefully it will run soon.

Note to Self:

Remember to Oil the air filter, and add oil to the blower, and change the oil in the engine after hand spinning it a few times.

Not quite sure yet which model of snow blower this will fit into, but I will be prepared.

Winter is coming.

I'm sure hoping those tank mounts hold up to that blower, and not rip a chunk outta the block.
I’m mocking up some additional bracing now. I ordered some cooling tins from Studz (after have thrown away so many). I don’t remember which holes they use, but I could probably do some triangulation from the head to block to blower.

Fuel Fump

Filter before fuel pump.
Outlet of pump T’d off with one line going to carb and other line as a valved return to the tank. I guess I have a check valve on the line to the carb to prevent something. I guess another filter before the carb, and maybe another on the return line? I think these filters should work.

What I have is standard rubber 1/4” fuel line I believe. I think I read plastic tanks are better than metal for E-85. For testing I might just use a water bottle or similar.

Bob, I have witnessed those glass fuel filters break and start more cars on fire. Please do not use, use a metal wix or a plastic one atleast.

As red as the jam that I lay on,
Cause red is my favorite crayon.
The corn is corrosive as I am.
The motor is small but she’s tryin

Nobody told me old Tecumseh snow blower engines have an extra output shaft. A pulley on the camshaft would turn half the speed of the crank and might work well with a 300cc blower on a near 200cc engine with 1:1 pulley ratio. Just an interesting thought that popped into my head.

Nothing screams Roadkill Garage like a blown lawnmower with zip tied fuel system.

For testing purposes only.

Throttle cable.
Corn syrup tubes.
It’s almost there.
I'm ready for it! I hope it works, though I doubt the supercharger gives much more power. I hope it proves me wrong. This is the coolest small engine build on this forum nowadays.

I’m going to go back and look what was said about these O2 sensor spacers and AFR readings.

The tip of the spacer extends pretty far into the exhaust pipe but the tip of the sensor won’t even reach inside the pipe.

Should I trim the end of the spacer? Remove the screen?

I’ll look for that other spark plug anti-fouler. Maybe that, if drilled out, will give a shorter spacer?

Or just run it with no spacer (last photo)?

Not sure what I have done here.
I think I have a
- 12V battery on/off switch with 15amp fuse
- ON/ OFF for 1amp fuel pump with 3amp fuse
- ON/ OFF for O2 sensor / gauge with 5amp fuse
- ON/ OFF for ignition kill switch
