Changing the jet is dead simple, its in a carrier of sorts, basically a big banjo bolt that goes into the side of the bowl with the jet on the end. Takes maybe 1 minute with a ratchet and a screwdriver. The carb is just the fuel line and a hose clamp.
They could have just as easily put a needle valve through the banjo going into a 130ish main(stock is 112.5). I might go so far as doing this, have a fairly complete spare carb.
