Ha, I used to work with a dude that had a full set of whitworth wrenches and sockets. Seems like we only used them once in a while on vintage British stuff.

It is the gap between the crank and the rod.. I can't explain it. The clearance between the crankshaft and the rod. I think some people are having issues with it being too tight, then oil cannot get through there.

i know what it is... did not seem that tight... and its a fairly used crank so it probably worn-out a little...

170 ft-lbs by 20 increments as said in the manual for instalation with lightweight oil

I just looked at a smart car turbo on ebay, what did you do with the smart car manifold? Did you cut it off?

hmm i think an inteercooler would not be a great idea since i'm doing a draw throught setup... meaning that the whole intercooler would be filled with atomised fuel.... not sure i want that LOL

yep! i used a walther zipcut and a sanding pad to get rid of all the unwanted metal and ports (like the wastegate and another port...) its much more sleek looking now!
