I connected it like this. That thing a circled actually moves now when i press the gas pedal. It seems right but i dont know lol
Also i notice it says 1,2,3,4 and 5 is that spring suppose to be on one of the numbers because mine is on the big hole on the left of all the numbers.

Thats how i put it. I follewed that last picture except the 1-5 hole thing. I did not adjust the govenor yet i dont know how to unscrew it because its just a round circle on the left. I dont know if the carb closes now im going to try and start the engine tomorrow to see if it doesnt just go right away all fast lol

Someone has really done a number on your linkages... dang amateurs :lolgoku:

Yes, the spring should be in one of the numbered holes; the RPM range will change depending on which number you use (higher number = higher max RPM.... or something like that...); play it safe, start with 3

Take your air cleaner off and look in the intake.....your butterfly may be closed too much now.....you may need to turn the stop screw in just a little bit....this is right by the little kidney shaped plate that is on top of the carb .....

I'm pretty sure that this is what it is. ....but I say look first. ....only change one thing at a time. .....that way you know the cause and effect of every move......

So yes the engine works how its suppose to know i think lol but the kill switch when i turned off the engine i turned the kill switch and the motor didn't stop like it putted a little like sounding about to turn off then it started back up. I think that's what happened when i got in the crash with my go kart.

Check the ground wire in the kill switch system. ....you need to have the the engine running with the kill switch on. ...but there is a break in the wire. ...if you can get the engine to run with the kill switch in the off position. ...you can move the wire around until you kink the right spot to find the break. ...or just replace the wire.....
