Well. ...your linkage is jacked up. ...go to jackssmallengines.com and download the manual for your engine. .....you'll need your model #.....OHH60-?????......

It will show you how the linkage should be hooked up. ...and explain how to adjust your governor. ....which I suspect needs to be done. ....

Look for the governor section in the manual.....

Also the brake pedal is so hard to press nd the gas pedal is so easy to press do i have to tighten or loosen a screw for the pedals? Thankz PoBoy ill do that.

Ok, slow down, let's sort one problem at a time; I realise your anxious to drive this thing but, a little patience will go a long way; You can fix it quickly or properly, you can't have both... ;)

Relax; collectively, we'll have you kart running perfect in no time...

To answer your question re: pedals, process of elimination; to figure out where the problem is, you first need to disconnect the pedals & see if they both move freely & at the same rate; if they do, the problem lies somewhere else...

Okayy. I'll do this tomorrow since its hard for me going up nd dwn the steps to go check nd to many mesquitos out there to sit outside. Yeah i have all the time in the worls now bc i got injured riding it right away bc i was to excited nd bent the steering bar to turn the wheels nd im pretty sure thats all that has to be bent bck.

Well just do this for now until we sort it out. ....use OHH50-68079G.....

It's a 5hp motor....but the linkage is identical and so is the govenor adjustment procedure. ....

Alright i'll look in the manuel how the linkage should be and loosen up that screw. Sweet i found a picture on another forum how the linkage should be:) When i unscrew that one bolt will oil leak out? Stupid question i know but if it does i have to move my go kart to the grass area lol

Oh hush lol. I got the linkage off because the previous owner bent it so it couldnt go out like its suppose too.
