The CVT breather has nothing to do with your oil problem. Most likely your old carb was leaking into the cylinder when the engine isn't running because the float did not seat properly. If you changed the carb and put in fresh oil, hopefully you won't have and issue with the oil getting gas in it anymore.

It is possible that if fuel is leaking into your air filter that it could run down into the crank case through an atmospheric vent hose between the crankcase and the airbox.
It's also possible that you leaked so much gas into the crankcase that the vent hose could have oil/ gas pushed out of it into the airbox when you crank the engine. Did you change the oil?

Yes. When i cranked the engine i had new oil in it.

Did you take the carb bowl off of the new carb before installing? Sometimes they come with paper in the bottom wrapped around the float to prevent damage during shipping.

Well no plastic but before i did that i started it and it started for about 5 seconds then shut off and won't start again.

Could it be a piston? Or something inside the engine besides the carb?

If it ran and quit its probably a fuel issue. Predators can be had for $80 on ebay these days, free shipping.

I believe it's flooding, either due to the carb or the fuel pump. I just can't tell you why.

Since you have already replaced to carb and the problem is most likely with the fuel system, then that leaves the fuel pump or hoses for fuel and vacuum lines. Also, silly question, but do you have gas in it and have the petcock on?

You can find out if the fuel pump is the problem pretty easily by puttin a secondary fuel tank above the carb and the output of the tank hooked into the carb while bypassing the fuel pump and stock tank to see if it will run as a gravity fed fuel system

Yeah i have the fuel line on and the petcock on. Took that off and replaced a fuel filter. I also have one that doesnt have the connection for the vaccum line and put that one on to see if it would start. Still didnt work so put the old one one. Maybe just buy a new one and see if that works. If not then not to sure what else to do.

Would i put gas in a bottle and connect a hose to the cap? Where would i connect the hose too though?

The gas inlet on the carb is where you need to put the hose. If it runs like that then you have a problem getting fuel to the carb. When trying this, make sure to turn the petcock off so that the fuel pump doesn't pump fuel out for no reason

Agreed, just keep your temp tank higher than the carb and it should fire and run.

BTW, a GY6 is superior to a Predator 212 in every way but price, so I wouldn't want to swap them out.

It just occurred to me while looking at the picture that there is no fuel pump on this buggy what you have is actually a vacuum operated petcock. If that petcock were to go bad then you would have no fuel delivered to the carb or the fuel could run through the vacuum lines into the engine and fill your oil with fuel. It may be possible to simply replace that vacuum petcock with a standard on/ off/ reserve petcock and that may fix your issue.

Yes i did. Also put a petcock that doesnt have a connection for the black hose.

Ok that should get fuel to the carb. Did you check and make sure you have good fuel flow before connecting the hose to the carb?
