Okay! So finally got the spark plug it starts but once i let go of the key it dies. I fixed the idle screw but now ima turn the fuel/air mix screw.

Well moved it and it ran but i guess the carb isnt getting any gas so going to change the petcock again. I dont know if the vaccum line has to be attached to anything though.

Yeah the vacuum petcock does need the vacuum line connected to work, but the style of petcock you have already installed is preferable, so I'm not sure why you aren't getting fuel.

Yes it is. Trying to start it so much i hear a grinding noise now when trying to start. Might have killed the battery probably.

If the starter got hot then you were cranking too long. the solenoid may make a repetitive clicking noise if the battery is too low, so you may have been hearing that.

Oncei started turning the idle screw it started running for a nit longer then it would die down again. So that's what i was doing before the battery died.

Won't start up again so maybe its a spark problem but it does have a new ignition coil. I will try to squirt some gas in the carb like i've tried before to see if that will start it again.

Yeahh.. i know how to do that. Last spark plug did spark but probably not inside. This is what the spark plug is looking like now.
