ok finally i got the parts i needed to install my rear axle on ,progress is slow but manage to fix the front sheet metal that was ripped ,the tires on it were just put on for temporary not actual wheels for it,today im gonna be receiving the rest of jackshaft components and front wheel hubs, gears, ect hopefully i can get this running in two weeks, this should give me enough time to finish the rear exhaust support brackets but i did install rubber gourmets under the motor, and it works real nice in absorbing any vibration this thing barely shakes, so far this is what i been able to finish here are some more pics if anyone wants to see,now i need to catch some sleep.

Are your engine mounts slotted for chain adjustment? If so, you may have problems with the rubber mounts.

You'll need to find a way to bracket that muffler securely. It has a lot of leverage on the engine, and you risk breaking the cylinder head.

Was thinking about this too. It might not way a lot, but once you're going a bit off-road or on hubbles, it can damage the cylinder head, like Toystory said.

hmmm, i get what you mean, thanks for looking out,the metal box its mounted on right now had slots to adjust but didnt fit the duromax motor so i had to extend it by welding extra length of metal to it and drilling new holes for it,so right now it can only be mounted in one way and cannot be adjusted, will this cause another issue, if so what would be the best way to mount it you guys are way more experienced with these then me so im willing to listen and take any valuable advice thanks again

You could either hard-mount the engine (no rubber) on slotted mounts to allow chain adjustment, or, mount on rubber in non-slotted holes ans use a separate chain tensioner mechanism.

howd you make the air filter mounts?

like what do you mean, lets see the adapter on the carb i ordered from agk gx390 intake adapter, when i got it,it did not fit cause duro max 2 bolts were to short so i cut them at particular spots after measuring and welded extra lenght to both bolts, you got to make sure heat is high enough to melt extension into bolts or when you tighten it will just break on you then its just a matter of find the right rubber size for the arm i just used elbow shape pvc and two layers of rub adapter over the other to be able to install the intake cone ,i hope somewhere here i have answered your question if not, ill be glad to post pic of the things used.

thanks alot toystory,i decided to just install it without rubber and make the necessary slots required for chain adjustment but i do have a question, How tight are we to adjust the chain and how much slack can we have to still be tolerable 1\4in? ill post pic once chain arrives,Thanks in advance

That's just an awesome pair of rims! Looking good mate!
Where did you buy that exhaust? It's just epic!

sorry Nodroz i forgot to mention it the exhaust is from Apexi a manufacture in the racing industry for import autos the one you see here is a Apexi N1 3in inlet exhaust for Turbo applications made in gold Bronze color,
