yea i should sing up for that inside track thing. kinda wan't this it just makes me wan't a press 2x as much. i know its only for plastic and wood, and that the reviews are horrible, but i bet i could at least manage aluminum if i wen't really slow, handy for using that tapered shaft engine, or making your own key, if only it was cheaper.
with the hf prices, makes you think how much it cost to make a press these days.

found another one of those clamps for 30 bucks, reviews are just as bad, but thats like a weeks worth of money, so......., yeah. could prob even manage some light duty lathe stuff, buy 3/4"(or slightly larger) stock, make into a perfect cylinder, make key way, then bolt on the hub you just made. a lot of work, but a whole lot of savings.
