looks good great start.

Is that galvinized fence post pipe? Make sure you grind that coating off before welding. Don't breath it as well. Lots of spatter and nasty welds if you don't take off the coating on the pipe.

Also in the first pic. You could add a gusset on both sides of the main bar connecting to your swingarm. It would be a lot stronger at that spot if you did. Add a grease fitting as well.

How much longer tell your done?

the new foot pegs im making are electrical wire housing tube stuff i garbage picked.

the project was actually working 100% until the end of summer.

i hit a bump and the motor fell out.

may be 2 weeks.

Lors of progress today, if i don get too much homework tomorrow i may be able to weld up a final brace and a few others than its ready to ride!

heres what i need to do, from left to right.

install chain tensioner
make another motor mount
make a kill switch
seal my gas tank and put it back in
find my brake lever and put it back on
need to get a front axle nut

Haha yeah!

And gatorade bottles make nice rednrck gas tanks.

Its wicked unsafe right now, no brakes or kill and te throttle is sticky.

well i just said i needed brakes b4 i rode again lol,

yeah that is one vice clamp on my front axle. cant find the right bolt anywhere.

yeah whale wars.....

ehhh, screw helmet, lol jk.... well sorta...

oh BTW before the new motor mounts i was riding and didnt notice i lost the vice grip, i lost the front wheel and luckily wasnt going fast enough to fall.

i need to get a return spring too.
