Eric is just plain mean. But...bleach is the cure...it flushes out all the undesirable lingering retina images that remain .... Some have just elected to pluck their eyeballs out completely as Eric likes to post that pic a lot....(There's talk of a 2017 blindman build-off....just for those members.)

But...walking around Dallas with that outfit....nobody offered me work....but a couple of guys offered one way tickets to California....so I could get back "home?"

I am still a Stupid Sucker and work for a living. But anymore it does not seem mandatory in Ca. You just get on the Govt Dole. Why Work?

I work as an AC repairman. I have seen entire Apt complexes FULL of Foreigners.
They seem Segregated to me. 1 full of Russians, 1 Full of Arabs and A few Full of Mexicans.
If you are an Immigrant you automatically get all sorts of Extra Benefits. I guess to help you get started.
and if you come here and start a business You are Tax excempt for 2 years! then you transfer ownership (on paper) to your Cousin and get 2 more years!
Makes it kinda hard for actual Hard Working American Citizens to compete!!!!

Then why hasn't a certain, ummm, individual (three guesses who, which is two more than you should need) been deafening us about that instead???? Wait, don't do that. If you did, Paul would have to ban you for satisfying his curiosity.....

I got my steering support upright Complete and Tacked on.

I welded 2 studs to the front of it at the correct angle for them to be level for my bearing hangar.
I also bolted the bottom bearing hangar in place at the bottom.

Test fit the steering Rod and all is good.
These parts are actually the Axle and bearing hangars of my Kids old "Razor Dune Buggy"

We don't all have a Machine shop in our Garage.
But with the help of
A metal blade in a skilsaw
A bench Geinder
An angle grinder
A HF Drill press
A Die Grinder
and a Belt sander
I made this bracket For the Tie rods to attach to the Steering Column.
It will look better after paint, It was just some older Plate stock I had.

I want to use a steering wheel. I just like the way it looks.

I was planning on a handle bar for mine. I tried to steer a horizontal steering wheel on one and it just didn't feel right. I was just wondering.

Yesterday I got the Pitman arm mount Tacked to the Column.
and bought some 5/16 threaded rod to make new tie rods.
The ones I had were way to long. Luckily (sort of) the Tie Rod ends I had were NOT reverse thread on one side. So I can just use regular threaded rod.
Got the steering all mocked up too.
