    Firearms.

No Bighead, no. I just couldn't see any "fun" in some of the threads content and subject matter. As this is a DIY Go Kart forum...... off topic "fun" I'm sure there are plenty of other sites where these valued opinions should be taken up. As for the Porn..... :lolgoku::lolgoku: knock...

    Box Trailer makeover

Hi Nice trailer I'm pretty sure you and your Dad will get that trailer sorted out by the looks of what you have done so far! I have two suggestions: 1. I'd get some 100x6 mm about 100mm long and put it under the draw bar as a stiffner (on edge) weld a strip of 40x6mm along the top...

    Kirby Tecumseh 2 stroke 12HP

Thanks andrew n, and :welcome2: Trial and error over 10 yrs........ if you have a Kirby Tecumseh engine just square up the ports (following the drilled angle of the port) with a square file and dont change the timings anywhere (or you may have to bin it, depending on error), blend the radiuses...

    My first go kart

Hi all, Um the sprocket saver might save your sprocket but probably bust your sprocket hub carrier instead (more $).... and the one you might mount underneath aka flat bar etc. I can see that getting bent and tangled up pretty quickly wrecking things (even more$, unless it is heavy enough to be...

How do you start a Yamaha kt100

Careful! I have seen quite alot of pinched rings using that method, well two actually.:worried2: The rope can push the piston ring groove closed. Best to get a proper piston stop which screws in the plug hole and dont over do it on the torque, as you can get a lot of leverage doing damage...

    Kirby Tecumseh 2 stroke 12HP

Yeah you are right, :surrender: that one actually had a hair line crack across one in fact. However it ran for 1 season in competition and and about 2 years of messing about afterwards before being stripped down and inspected. When they are running that fine to the limits you do risk chucking a...

Silencing a motor with the exaust

Also arc rods take up moisture in the air, pop them in the oven for a while (1/2hr) then they start easier and weld much better! :wai:

yamaha kt100 black sludge all over the engine

Superman warning! Hey guys, gee I recomend you guy's dont mess with these chemicals esp. the Xylene & tolulene:- part of the benzene chain (chemistry) nasty cancer causing stuff. Carby cleaner with methanol works a treat, but even that will send you blind through skin contact:worried2: over...
