I suppose it depends on how picky you want to be. The U-bolts don't look horrible from here, and probably don't warrant replacement.
Went down to BCF and bought some trailer lights, didn't have the money to go LED so 12v globes it is.
Found some old lights that were on my tinny trailer and i have decided to copy the design to carry my lights on the sides. For this i need to cut up some angle. I hope someone understands from the photo what i am trying to do. i just can't work out how to cut the other angle on my drop saw.
Will i have to use the hacksaw and do it by hand?
Any advice that will speed up finishing the trailer is greatly appreciated.
...the springs. should i just give them a coat of primer and replace the bolts? what about the large U bolts should i replace those as well?
Lookin' good
Cleaning the floor must've taken you forever
Great progress. That must've been a real bear!
There seem to be a lot of trailers getting fixed up
Well, we need to carry our karts somehow...

The problem with the one I just got is that it doesn't open at the back, and it is too small for my toys to fit in it. They would have to go on top.![]()

You know the drill; start a thread, post some pics & lets brainstorm; I'm sure we can come up with something...
I will, I will.![]()

I just have to make some time for this. I will probably only start looking at it in the new year

Good guessYep roads and traffic authority
-well the trailer is 6ft long and current drawbar is about 1ft and I plan to make it 4ft
I don't think anyone will know how its done unless they inspect it in great detail but chances are it will hardly be used. Might even sell it and find something bigger.
