I need to richen the idle a little. There's a limiter on this screw, now is this just a cap that can be removed or will I have to do a little grinding with my dremel?

    Maximum safe RPMs

I am wondering what the max safe RPMs are for my Tecumseh snowblower engine? I also need to know how to limit the throttle opening to make it live for awhile? I'm not sure if the governor will still adjust with the way I've hooked up the throttle. Suggestions please!

    Jackshaft and chain tension

I'm getting ready to install my jackshaft and was wondering how the rear chain gets adjusted? Should the jackshaft be made so it slides, that way the chain can be tightened? There's no easy way to install an adjuster to the rear wheel with my type of frame. I've noticed on some mini bikes there...

Tecumseh 2 stroke, no idle circuit

Pioneer P61 98 cc chainsaw engine.

Brainstorming right now! This is another engine I have on hand that I could use on the mini bike project. This was actually a belt driven concrete saw. I'm having concerns about the clutch being strong enough and was wondering you folks thought? The bottom pic is what I have in mind for the...

4.5hp 2 cycle Tecumseh snowblower engine

I'm looking at one for my daughters Taco mini bike project. Would this be a good choice or should I be looking at somthing else? I've always liked the 2 strokes for their excellent power to weight ratio. Nothing like hitting that power band and feeling the pull!

    98cc Chainsaw engine pics

Just got the engine for the scooter project completed. It runs great after rebuilding the carb, but it's way too loud and I need to find some type of silencer for the pipe. Maybe a large muffler from a mower will do the trick? Suggestions please?

    Northern go kart wheels

How is the quality of these wheels? I see they're only rated at 20 mph which is kinda scary. http://www.northerntool.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_6970_200331215_200331215 I was also looking at these wheels at Harbor Freight tool, for the front. The price is right but I'm afraid the...

Here's a few pics of the scooter my son Andy and I are building. Engine is a 43cc Shindaiwa blower motor with a modified pocket bike expansion chamber.
