Online source s for Tecumseh 2 cycle H-shaft engine mounting bracket

Hello forum members,

I just received my Tecumseh HSK850(5 H.P.) H-shaft engine yesterday,and need some advice;I have not gotten my replacement OEM(for a Tec.TVS840)muffler yet,but need to know where I may find an L-bracket(steel or cast aluminum)
to mount the 2 cycle Tecumseh so I can run some tests on it
when I get the Tillotson HL-360A carburetor/OEM muffler???

I saw a flash video on youtube of someone that has a 2 cycle go kart engine similar to mine that is mounted in an L-shaped bracket;pto face mounted to the vertical section,and then the horizontal section fastened to a piece of plywood(pallet ??)-if anyone knows where I may find such a engine mounting bracket ready-made online I would like a link in a reply!!

I believe it has to do with the transfer ports. Theres a plug like this on each side of the engine.

Correct. If one knows what one is doing, these Welch plugs can be popped to expose ports and then opened up (reamed) to unleash some serious HP and rpm.
