My favorite part of welding is grinding. I’m gunna have another go but outside. I tried this indoor. The arc was bright and the joint was dark. Prolly could use a darker setting and more ambient light. it’s kinda square in a few directions. Lol The top of the cross tail is tilted about 3...

That sub is nuts. Even on that ppl point out how one weld was a bit fast. Or somebody building a large pressure vessel and all the comments are about boot prints.

Ignition Coils - Double Double Toils and Troubles

Ignorance is temporary and can be fixed. “Know it all’s” are beyond help. Impervious to education. Never had a bad coil, but you know all about them then, huh?. Prolly never cut a lawn. Or worked on a lawnmower… and why trust someone who blows up 33% of their engines? Clearly you’ve been...

Problem with after market driven pulley on trail master

You still don’t know how an engine works. Bad Timing and a bad coil are two different things. Symptoms of a bad ignition coil... Works when cold… then when hot… doesn’t work. Cools off… works again. Sounds like a story I heard. good luck!

Arc racing 1.3 ratio billet rockers blowout?

I don’t know enough about your head. .400 seems like a lot of lift on the exhaust side. 32 lb spring (with 0.895” install height) should allow .400” lift. Seems like the pockets were cut wider and deeper to get proper installed height. No clue on piston to valve clearance in your engine. GPS...

    Jackshaft gearing. Please help..!

Since you have most of the stuff…. 30 series TC 8T on Jackshaft… 48T on axle… I assume it’s 1/2” pitch chain (like #40, #41, or #420) 48 : 8 is the same as 60 : 10 and since you already have the 48T and 30 series TC… all you need is the 8T sprocket

Problem with after market driven pulley on trail master

Everything still sounds like bad ignition coil to me. Unless you got the low oil sensor still functioning, then it might have to do with that. And your communication is less than clear. What Flywheel do you even have on it? Who made it? What model? What ignition coil did you use when setting...

    Steering

I don’t know what any of this stuff is. These bolt on correct? $100 for the one. $90 for the other. OMB also has the horizontal option if the input angle of dangle is different.

Heft is required for low speed momentum. P=mv If velocity is slow, we need all the mass if we are going to move the wall we crash into.

The curb weight of a Honda Trail 125 is 256 lbs with 1.4 gallons of gas… so we are less than that. I believe they get around 100 miles per tank… 70 miles per gallon ?

I think that’s about 108lbs so far Then still got to add forks, handle bars, engine, 2x hydraulic brake calipers, 16AH battery, gas tank, fuel pump, seat, lines, wires, bolts, chain, belts, lock collars… Maybe 200 lbs wet plus me at 175 lbs = 375 lbs
