Personally I would go look at each kart in person to look for any wrecks or bad rust but personally I would go with the yerfdog

Yerf dog 3203 seems like the perfect fit for you but you might want to get a torque converter as well because of the 20 " tires You can find one on Craigslist ... Maybe not in the best condition but still fixable

Yes ... I have one on my yerfdog 3203 it's plenty of fun but you might wanna put some mods to make it run more efficiently
