This is the old broken shaft ... Hopefully you can see where the old wearing and new wearing matches

This one is the new shaft .. It is slightly rusted but hopefully you can see the wear marks

Thanks but I've used the jackshaft set up for a short time with a brand new jackshaft and bearings but after I've removed the jackshaft for some upgrades and I've noticed some intense wears where the bearings are which as a matter of fact was the exactly where the old jackshaft had so much wear...

I put a predator 212 on this kart and then bought a tav 2 replacement kit with and assembly mounting plate .. But which set up is preferable the assembly mounting plate or the original jackshaft set up ?

Ok so I looked everywhere and found that the 19 inch brake cable for yerf dog 3203 is pretty much unavailable and the only available brake cables are the 18 inch and 23 inch which one would be more suitable for the orginal brake drum and band? Or is there an alternate site I have not visited ...

The torque converter is a great invention it works like an automatic transmission because it changes its ratios as you increase Rpms but it does tend to wear out belts more on of road terrains but it still is worth while and here is a performance part website for the predator 212cc...

Yes I have that set up but I am wondering if I add this assembly mounting plate from the tav 2 replacement for the comet if that will change any of the specs

Sounds Used The first problem may be that your torque converter (belt driven system) is worn out or it may just be the belt but chances are they previous owners ran these things balls to the wall but i would suggest buying a new torque converter system for both karts because the are better than...
