This is not a cure-all solution. Each engine is itself. I would suggest getting a precise drill bit set and slowly opening up the stock jet until it runs properly. Then ID the bit used, and buy the proper jet. Why is this exactly? Flywheel explosion?

Have you considered looking online to buy parts or are you looking for free parts, to your exact specs, for the cost of shipping? Because the latter of the two probably isn't going to happen. That link given above will link you to many, reliable, trusted kart part suppliers.

The general cage shape should work, but with considerably smaller metal and more triangulation. Triangles are much stronger than straight lines.

Well here's your sign. Of all the parts in an engine, this is probably one of the most important to torque to spec. Not over torque, not under torque, but torque to spec.

Most likely, the Briggs can be upgraded more. It's parts are probably higher quality.
