    Help

320v is the output, I believe. Use whatever type of outlet the welder's plug fits in to. Either a 110v common wall outlet or a 220v outlet that would be behind a dryer, oven, or in the garage.

I vote for sandblasting. Look at the before and after of mine.

    Survival

I kinda wanna try this. Heavy braided cable, a leaf spring, and a winch. Oh, and one he// of a mount for it. Maybe fire some solid 3/8" bolts, say 18" long with stabilizer fins and a point ground sharp?

    Help, with my welds (MIG)

Try resting the bend in the nozzle on a gloved hand then aiming and controlling the gun with the other as you slide the gloved hand to keep up with the weld.

    Frame good or deathtrap?

^^ My thoughts to a T. Don't build your own frame for 75MPH unless you're an engineer & welder. You want continuous pieces and not butt welded scraps.

    Survival

I'd become totally self sustaining by encapsulating a small city inside my moat. And I'd be the mayor of that $#!+.

need help with a torque converter

Correct. The TAV2 by Comet has a low of approximately 2.5:1 (for ease of calculations) and an overdrive of .9:1. The exact low end figure can be found online, but I know I'm pretty close. Remember, when calculating with compounded ratios, multiply them, don't add.

    Question on TC setup

I believe it's because it's a 1" bore model. That's how my splines and shell hole are as well.

    Help, with my welds (MIG)

I'm going to second this. It looks like he's using MIG wire without shielding. You need either flux core wire or shielding gas to protect the weld. Solid core wire will not work without shielding gas (argon or argon/co2 mix usually).

    Free Dirt Devil plans?

They are technically intellectual property sold without the liberty to re-distribute...thus making any sharing illegal. Despite the small scale, it more of lies in moral values and respect than legality in my eyes. If they were mine, I'd want my dues. Just my 2¢.

    Deck of cards

I'd assume you could get an exact answer with either combinations or permutations. I forget which and can't really be hindered with figuring it out ATM.

    MS Batch File Help

We don't have the command prompt in the start menu anywhere, but if we go into notepad then type command.com and save to the desktop as command.bat, we have a limited command prompt. Enough to open a flash drive as My Computer is locked.

    MS Batch File Help

The app shows every IP on the network, and when we're on laptops at school, there's over 800 devices on the wireless network. I want something that I can pop in, count to 5, and pull back out with their computer's IP so I can go into the list of 800+ on my phone, and block theirs as a joke...
