I just bought a genuine made in usa comet 30 series driver and driven from bmi karts and it broke:censored:! after an hour and a half of riding the driven flat sheave welds broke loose from the bushing and made the spring go haywire.:huh: my question- what is the warranty policy for comet...

you can put the original spark plug back in. if the new one is too long it will hit the piston...

I have a Murray Explorer I just bought :wai:. The kart is in great condition but is missing the rear driven unit. I just need to know if the kart came with the 6in 30 series driven or the 7in 30 series driven:mad2:? Thanks in advance.

Why use the honda? its a vintage kart so why not have a vintage motor also? plus that old 2 stroke might be faster than the honda and it will definately sound better.

If anything I would RUN SYNTHETIC:thumbsup:. Its up to you if you want to run racing not sure if it makes a huge difference.

i have the same HF engine on my go kart (my go kart that is slightly bigger than the one in the pic) and i can leave black marks in the street and top out a around 35-40. my engine is bone stock

You might have a bad coil or plug wire, also try checking the flywheel and make sure it is in the proper position with the coil.

i have a 208cc lct engine and im about to put a new exhaust and high flow air filter on it, and was wondering what i should rejet the carb to, because it is under fueled as it is pleese help.

i actually have the same problem but mine is worse, does anybody know how to fix the part of the frame that the spindle bracket is welded to it is bent pretty bad. (not trying to steal the thead just wondering.)

well in that case i hope i dont have to rejet it i can rebuild a 460 but i HATE carbourators they are too small and its hard to get to the parts you need.

im 14, so im not the best at welding though i can do it, also what jet should i use the engine is a 208cc lct clone.

no big deal... also what would be better to do first k&n air filter or header because i have limited cash:ack2: so i can only get 1.
