    Two buggies shut down!

Its the gy6 150cc clone. The plug should be an easy fix, the threaded portion is in the head still but the rest of the plug came out so getting an easy out in it should be easy. I was putting the plug back in and over tightened it after zapping the crap out of myself checking for spark without...

    Two buggies shut down!

We have two falcon buggies with the 150cc clone engines. last Saturday we were at the river having a blast, doing multiple water crossings (normally without any issues) when buggy #1shuts down in the middle of a crossing, no sputter, spitting or coughing, just instant. It turns over no problem...

    Transmission humming

We have a gy6 buggy with the cvt transmission in it. It started making a light humming / gear noise recently. I was told by a repair shop two different things, to put transmission fluid in it via the breather tube or also to put gear oil in it the same way. I am confused here, which one is...

    lost bottom end

I promise that when the boys blow one up I will post pictures of the "ventilated" block! (and you noticed that I said "when" and not "if") I am ordering some main jets today and as soon as we can we are putting a better exhaust system on them. Thank you for the advice

    lost bottom end

We put an after market air filter on our kart (its a PGO Falcon with a 150cc gy6 engine) and it seemed to loose its bottom end torque. I put the stock air box back on and it got its bottom end back but we want more!!! Any suggestions on how to cure this problem? We are trying to get some...

    Brakes sticking

We got them working now! We also bled the rear and adjusted it, and there are two rods that connect the pedal to the master cylinder that needed some adjustment. Thanks for all your suggestions. I will take some pics of the rods and the rear caliper adjustment and post them just in case...

    Brakes sticking

We took the front calipers off, cleaned them up a bit, opened the bleeder valve and pushed the piston back in , and then put them back on. They don't seem to be sticking anymore but now the brakes are mushy. We did bleed the fronts brakes some but I think we have to also bleed the rear brake too.

    Brakes sticking

We noticed that our one of ours karts was getting really hard to push and found the problem to be the brakes are stuck about half on all the time and rubbing. Its a PGO Falcon, it has the disc brakes front and rear. (the front has brakes on both wheels and the rear a single disc on the axle)...

    New from Oklahoma!

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. We ended up going to a local shop called Sooner Cycles and powers ports. we purchased a PGO Deluxe 150cc buggy, it is awesome! There is a spot about 15 minutes from home at the Cimarron river that is open to the public for off road vehicles with tons of...

    New from Oklahoma!

Were looking for one with 2 seats, full suspension and a full roll cage type set up. We used to have one that was a single seat, with some really short (about 6") springs on the front, it went a bit over 35 mph and it did great on dirt roads but it was really rough when we took it out in the...
