We noticed that our one of ours karts was getting really hard to push and found the problem to be the brakes are stuck about half on all the time and rubbing.
Its a PGO Falcon, it has the disc brakes front and rear. (the front has brakes on both wheels and the rear a single disc on the axle)
Any suggestions?

I would suggest maybe taking them apart and giving them a clean. The piston could be dirty and getting stuck

Post pics to show what were looking at. It/there might be something else you might have missed.

Disassemble and inspect. Piston may be seized in the bore, caliper (if floating) may be seized on it's mounts/sliders. Pics are always good.

We took the front calipers off, cleaned them up a bit, opened the bleeder valve and pushed the piston back in , and then put them back on. They don't seem to be sticking anymore but now the brakes are mushy. We did bleed the fronts brakes some but I think we have to also bleed the rear brake too.

We got them working now! We also bled the rear and adjusted it, and there are two rods that connect the pedal to the master cylinder that needed some adjustment.
Thanks for all your suggestions.

I will take some pics of the rods and the rear caliper adjustment and post them just in case somebody else has the same problem.
