Today I finished the kart, jackshaft, gearing, everything is perfect only problem is I need to tighten te chain becouse it slips down. That is small problem, I only need to move jackshaft little further away from engine. Centrifugal clutch from a scooter works perfectly, I had a problem making a mount for the clutch becouse crankshaft has a tapered shaft but when I got the engine it had some kind of gear on the tapered shaft so I used that for the clutch mount (first picture). Big washer and big nut holds that in place. On the nut I welded a car valve and machined it straight. On the clutch drum I drilled a hole and pressed a bushing into the hole. That goes on the "valve ' and on the end I made a cut around the valve where it sticks out and put there a safety ring. More pictures tomorrow

Again I have problems with chain slipping. I thought making a tensioner for the bearings then I could tension the chain and prevent it from slipping. Video is not showing much but for now is all I got

Il probably do mine with the G200 ... then put the second engine i have in mind ..

I didn't measure speed but of I could guess about 35-40 km/h(probably not but it feels like it does).
It's 8hp, 3600 rpm governed.
No clingon language on this forum.
Metal plate where's jackshaft is cutted so I can tighten the chain by moving the jackshaft
