I think those racing karts usually go for pretty high, but me being the cheap person I am, I'd offer him about $150 USD.

But that depends on if the frame is good, tires are good, etc.

So we agreed that I will give him my bicycle and a car music amplifier. Anyone knows what frame is that?

depends on your bike...

that is NOT A RACING chassis;
it's a concession kart.

Don't get me wrong, those are extremely durable by design,
but not exactly the lightest or for that matter quickest possible option to buy.

If that kart comes with the Honda GX270 it's announced with..
then go for it!

200 € isn't bad at all.
(as long as everything is in working condition, and the frame has no cracks or serious rust)

So, go, take it for a quick test lap, then decide.
Again: if everythings working 200 is fair.
non working engine remove 50,
non working brakes remove 20,
cracked tyres remove 10 per cracked tyre.
cracked chassis remove 50.

pay what's left.
a bicycle and a car amp ?... depends.. *shrugs*
but if you're happy with that deal, it was the right choice!

Make and Model will be difficult without further information;
easiest thing to do, ask the seller for it's source... (likely a kart track close by)
ask at said kart track for make, then the maker for the model.
Tedious, I know.. sorry but concession karts are plenty and many look alike.

There's Sid. He's your go-to guy.

And by race kart, I meant something you'd race at a Kiddie Park or something.

Not something you'd professionally race :p Unless you race 5 year olds professionally.

Here are all pictures he sent, it is without engine as pictures show

It weighs 60 kilograms as it is. Let's say I will buy it, my engine is 8hp 3600 governed, I think it is too heavy for the engine

I think the engine will handle just fine as long as your gearing is correct.

You can probably drop a good 10-20 kg as well pretty easily just by removing unneeded pieces.

well, as I said concession karts like this are meant to withstand some serious abuse
(idiots crashing into curbs, tyre walls and into each other on a daily basis with these things)

So, yes, it's heavier than your every day racing chassis.
But part of it is the layout... it's a rear engine kart;
thus it's slightly longer which I think is a good thing (personal preference ;))
and that's the reason for at least 5 additional kilos.

Then, it's a twin rail and those carry likely in the realms of another five to eight kilos...

Frankly... don't chop of anything.. maybe loose the bumpers but don't cut the chassis;

one false move and the chassis (still heavier than a racing chassis) will be less stable than a wooden kids kart;
it's just not worth the risk IYAM.

An 8hp enigne will still propell it nicely;
But ask the seller for the engine mount that came with it.
it'll save you serious headaches and he can't use it anyways on a different chassis.

Sorry to hear that...

Still, there is on njuskalo few gokarts with small tommos engine for 200€..

Maybe that is solution, better than chassis only, where you are missing so manny small parts...

Delivery cost with intereuropa is cca 300 kn for gokart in Hr or less..

Sorry for english :p

What do you think, with or without bumpers?
I think I will leave only front and rear.
Brake caliper is the best thing on it.
