Um...I think I just puked in my mouth, a little bit

Also, them seats kinda "bug" me

The upholstery is a bit crooked
...& the contour lines, in the backs, aren't aligned

Maybe a future upgrade
...but, they are comfy

Also, for a bit of trimmin' around the grille area

...but, I really don't think she cares

Um...did I mention Ducky is a BEAST
...that's why she is our outdoor cat

She is very anti-social
...& will attack & run off any & all other...animals (dogs, cats, squirrels, ground hogs, she don't care)

She brings home a bird or mouse just about every day
...& half of the time they are still-a-squalkin'

She even had an attitude with my son Winston (for a while)
...& would chase & try-n-attack him every time he came out the back door

They have "made up" (for now)

Transferrin' from CAD ta steel

Then, cuttin' 'er out, about like that

Then, starta bendin' 'er up

Keepa bendin'

Made a rear "jig"
...& used one of the grille "molds"
...& did some creative clampin'
...ta help with the shapin'

The idea is ta wrap around these (front & rear) "guides"

A quick fittin'

I rounded up a couple of pieces of scrap 18g. steel (~2" wide)
...& marked 'em down the middle

Then, stuck 'em in the bender
...& made a couple of hood brackets

(1) goes across right behind the grille
...& the other (1) goes across the rear

These should help 'er hold the shape of the hood
...& strengthen it or make 'er more ridged too

It'sa startin' ta look like a Jeep hood

That front still has quite a bit of "bow" to it

The flange in the rear, helps it to hold it's shape better

I found a set of black rubber, rear wheel well flares for a mini-Jeep (part # 7242023-001-009-2)


...& got 'em installed

Well, when I first installed 'em, they were way worser

...but, a couple of metal strips & a heat gun helped

Plus some clips
