If your fine with paying $75 for some pipe, springs and a filter then its a good idea. IMO it CAN be made cheaper but it is a good kit.
I think the kit is not bad...I made a custom intake out of pvc and an air filter...(of course eventually I am going to make it in metal, its just rough design for now...) But if your welding skills aren't great and you have the cash thats cool...
You might not be having any problems since its aspirated fuel but check the PVC every so often. We needed a temp fuel tank to run an engine in a cradle. We had plenty of 6" sch40 and caps around so we slapped one together. The fuel was cloudy and the inside was slimy when we drained it so we moved on to an old scuba tank... Just a heads up…

what about this basic bolt-on kit it is only 75 bucks then it will get rid of the horid exhaust of mine....lol and give me a lil extra pep....what you think good or bad
