Thanks i appreciate that. Hearing this from a stranger defiantly helps me put pride in my work but to be completely honest i would love to start over this time maybe from scratch but ill put all i can into this untill i feel there's no turning back then look into making a new buggy.. A real buggy that wont break down and keep up with my abuse hoping to use a 400ex or something of that sort.

It's been said before: the first build is the most important, that's when you learn all the little thing you didn't even consider that you can apply to the second. Now that you've learned those lessons, your next build will be a lot easier...

So i have made a check list for what i need to complete the buggy but then something else crossed my mind... I am never going to fix all the thinks i want to do to it with everything intact because i always get the urge to ride it.... To solve my problem i stripped the thing down to the frame.. I am going to fix everything and then hopefully start paint soon!!!!! And then ill have a pretty cool cart!

As long as you don't realise there's more welding to do after you've painted, you should be good to go.

What colour are you thinking of?

Ill just use zipties X) hahaha but im thinking blue for the main frame, silver for the a arms, and black for the swingarm and little moving parts such as tie rods, spindles, shifter, and pedal linkages.. but one thing did cross my mind and im really considering in doing it.. obviously my floor pan is ghetto and pieced together but if i grind everything down and get it as flush as i can maybe a blue carbon fiber vinyl wrap would look nice by my feet..

Started the paint today. I fixed my floor pan and then sanded and scuffed the whole frame. Had the help of one of my close friends today which made the prep work sooo much quicker. Today i sprayed the floor and underpannel. i decided that using duplicolor bed armor would be the best for this aplication. It turns out that stuff SUCKS! It is the worst product i have ever used let alone one of the cans wont even spray it must be defected and im not able to get a refund either but oh well ik never to use it again... It came out like poop but its just the underpannel no one will see it anyway here are some pics.. Tmr i will shoot the primer early and hopefully get to the painting well see.

Hahaha i explained it wrong. The sprayer kept getting clogged and it was not spraying correctly i do not know why because i shook the thing for like a solid 10 minutes prior to painting but idk it is what it is at this point

The sprayer kept getting clogged and it was not spraying correctly

That will happen because it's a bit thicker than paint. The nozzles are ajdusted by the manufacturer to suit the product but, because of the (in)cosistency, they tend to clog a lot easier
