you should post ads on craigslist for welding! or in the paper etc. theres an idea for quick cash. ive had to weld things like lawn mower handles and actually a few broken garden decorations lol.

just dont weld something that if it breaks, can cost a life (structural car components etc.) because you'd be the one to blame.

i repair alot of yard equipment to get cash. some are easy, some take a while... once you know whats wrong thats half the work.

maybe even make some exhausts for clones and sell them on ebay? simple stuff. online stores charge like 30 bucks for a straight pipe. i bet you can half that easily.

wow. those are some good ideas I should try.
I have thought of the exhaust thing but I don have a bender so that stops me from that but if I get one then I'll be doing that.

i make my straight pipes out of half of a electric scooter front fork. usually theyre chromed nice. but that would not be practical to do alot of them.

oh and ask bighead about tag sales!

ya I think if I were to make them I would use regulad pipe and then fabricate some flanges that fit the most popular clones.

hey Zunnie, welcome to the forum. I am sorry but I can not do that. The Dirt Devil go kart is not my design.
The Dirt Devil is a great go kart design, there are alot of people that have built it, but the Dirt Devil is not mine.

Clutch alignment is typically standardized by chain alignment given the clutch is two piece pressed. If the clutch is too far off the shaft it'll destroy itself.

The bushing is bronze in MaxTorque SS clutches.

A bolt, lock washer, and flat washer on the end of the shaft always works best, and NEVER in combination with the set screws. If you do both it has a small chance of sheering the shaft off.

The low oil sensor is the exact same on the Predators.

Good job at the end there man, you gave me a jilt for a moment. That would've been a scary video.
